Payment & Subscription

Paid features require a valid subscription. Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for renewal fees until you cancel your subscription.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

After the 14-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

In no event shall Kocial, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
